As additional support for the low-friction and fast driving through curves, it is additionally expedient if the wheel bearing or wheel bearing housing of the chassis wheel sets installed with a horizontal degree of freedom between stops on the side cheeks for deflection from a central position against restoring forces, for example, elastic bodies in the side walls are. The parallel wheel sets of the chassis also help to adjust the axis alignment to the curve radii and to optimize the driving behavior.

The support 12 is formed as shown in FIG. 4 by two rollers 19, 20 in a very shallow recess 21 of the side wall 9. On these rollers 19, 20 is the tread (the rim) and the side of the flange of the wheel 13 'at. These rollers 19, 20 can be offset on their pivots by supplements inward or replaced with longer roles or also be placed upside down to bring about a narrow gauge.
Both the special design of the recess 17 of the support 11 and the rollers 19, 20 of the support 12 allow the reduction of dynamic forces during traction. The distance X allows the chassis to take a curve adapted to the inclined position relative to the tangential orientation of the locomotive 1. This rotation within the given possibilities (distance X) causes the wheel 13 to roll in the recess 17. The wheel 13 'of this wheel makes this rotation with, because it is stationary, but rotatably mounted on the rollers 19, 20. The respective support 12 is thus responsible for maintaining an immovable position of the locomotive 1 on the or the trolley 2, 3, 4, 5.
In order to improve the curve adjustment of the trolley even further, the wheel bearing housing 22 of the wheelsets 6, 7, 8 and 9 as shown in FIG. 5 and 6 are mounted on elastic blocks 23. The wheel bearing housing 22 have shown in FIG. 6 on lateral ribs 24, 25 which engage in grooves 26, 27 of vertical brackets 28, 29 with play.
